Orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground Service for residential delivery within the 48 lower United States ONLY. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada please contact Customer Support. The Contact Information is displayed to the right.
Orders of greater than 150 lbs require special handling. An addition freight charge will be assessed and payable prior to shipment. Orders are usually processed by our staff within 24 hours. During unusually busy times of a season that time may increase slightly. Once your order has been process it will be shipped to you via ground shipment.
Depending on your location, with respect to our shipping facility, your shipment may take from 2 to 7 business days under normal conditions. Should your order require special handling, delivery time may increase. At this time we offer ground shipping only, within the 48 lower states.
